Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Elegancia tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
